Family relationships and attachments are not as important to her as they are to most people and Joanna Levesque often considers her friends closer to her than her blood relatives. Certainly, Joanna Levesque's sympathy and concern extends much beyond her immediate family. In her personal relationships, Joanna "JoJo" Levesque insists upon a certain amount of independence and the freedom to pursue friendships with as many people, of both sexes, as she chooses.
